Our fees are determined by the nature and complexity of the procedure and are comparable to those charged by other board certified specialists in the field. We require that payment arrangements for surgical fees be made prior to treatment. If you have dental and/or medical insurance, it may not cover the full cost of your surgical care. It is designed to reduce your out-of-pocket expense, but rarely eliminates it completely. We are happy to file your insurance claims on your behalf and our staff will make every effort to help you receive the maximum benefits payable under your insurance plan. Please remember that you are fully responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage. Please bring all insurance information with you on your first visit.
