Consultation

Your initial appointment will consist of a comprehensive consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options, making sure that you are aware of the best possible plan for your oral surgery needs.  We will answer any and all questions you may have regarding your proposed treatment.  Following your consultation, our Financial Coordinator will be able to give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses.

Preparing for your first visit :

To prepare for your consultation, please bring your surgical referral slip and any x-rays, if applicable. If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. You may also bring them with you to your appointment. If additional films are necessary, we will be sure to take those at our office.

Save time by completing our Patient Registration forms online. Simply click on the “Patient Registration Tab” located on the left menu.  Please make sure to list all medications you are presently taking.

Patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal  guardian at their appointment.

The whole team at Edmonds Oral & Facial Surgery is compassionate about the care patients receive.   We go out of our way to ensure patients are prepared and educated for upcoming procedures.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc., or if you are currently taking any medication like heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.

With these important steps in mind, the doctors at Edmonds Oral & Facial Surgery will be best prepared to offer you the exceptional and compassionate care you deserve.
